2010 Rates (June 12- September 18)
FLY FISHING PACKAGES:
Our fly fishing packages include airport transfers from the West Yellowstone Airport, accommodations, all meals (made-to-order breakfast, hearty fisherman lunch and gourmet dinner), all beverages (open bar), guided float or wade fishing, rental gear (rods, reels, waders and boots), flies, most Ranch activities and gratuities for the Ranch staff. Not included are horseback riding, fly shop purchases, guide gratuities (see guidelines below), Montana, Idaho and Yellowstone National Park fishing licenses and a Montana accommodations tax.
The following package rates outlined below are for double occupancy (first chart) and single occupancy (second chart). Double occupancy assumes two guests per cabin and two guests per guide. The single occupancy package rate includes a single occupancy upgrade charge of $100 per guest per night and the solo guided fishing cost of $225 per day.

- Guests are invited to schedule their days of arrival and departure as fishing days. Depending on the guest's arrival and departure times, full day and half day trips are available. Full day trips are $450 per day for one or two anglers $550 for three anglers. Half day trips are $300 for one or two anglers and $375 for three anglers.
Non-Angling Packages:
Our non-angling packages include airport transfers from the West Yellowstone Airport, accommodations, all meals (made-to-order breakfast, hearty lunch and gourmet dinner), all beverages (open bar) and most Ranch activities (including either guided or non-guided mountain biking, canoeing and hiking). Not included are horseback riding, fly shop purchases and a Montana accommodations tax. The following rates are based on double occupancy. Single occupancy upgrade is $100 per person per night.

activitY prices:
- Horseback Riding: Hourly ($25 per hour per guest), half-day ($80 per guest) and full-day ($180 per guest) guided horseback trips are available. Trips are guided and take guests through the Ranch and onto scenic trails through the adjacent National Forest lands.
- Yellowstone National Park Private Tours: Private guided tours are available through our partner Alpen Guide, located just outside the West entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Guests can either drive their own vehicle or ride in an Alpen Guide vehicle. Tours are customized for each group based on what the guest would most like to experience. Tours start at $425 per vehicle.
Reservation Details
Accommodation Descriptions:
- Luxury: The Watkins Creek and Caddis Cabin stand alone and are our two largest luxury cabins and include a spacious bedroom with a king or two twin beds, living room, private bath, woodstove, private front porch and back deck.
- Deluxe: We have three deluxe units, which feature a bedroom with a king or two twin beds, living room, private bath, woodstove or fireplace, shared front porch with a traditional unit next door and private back deck.
- Traditional: The remaining five units are traditional with a great room that includes a king or two twin beds, seating area, private bath, some with a woodstove or fireplace, shared front porch and private back deck.
Guide Gratuity Guidelines:
- It is customary to tip fishing guides 20% of the fishing cost per day for each guided trip (1 or 2 anglers), or between $80-$100. Calculating guide gratuities works similarly to how you would calculate a tip for any service provider (e.g. restaurants, salons, etc.) and is based on the overall level of effort and performance provided by your guide. The gratuity can either be given directly to the guide daily, at the end of the guest's trip or added to the guest's final bill.
Terms and Conditions:
- A deposit of 50% payable by Visa, MasterCard or check, within 14 days of booking will confirm your reservation. Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the space. For this reason we uphold a strict cancellation policy. Your deposit, less a $100 cancellation fee, will be happily refunded if cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to arrival. After that we regret that no refund is possible for non-guided fishing days, non-arrival or early departure.
- We highly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance. TruTravel Insurance provides a special policy for Orvis Endorsed Fly Fishing Lodges. Please call us for more information.
- The Ranch accommodates children ages 12 and over.
- Sky West, the Delta Connection, has daily flights to West Yellowstone from Salt Lake City. We provide complimentary shuttle service from the West Yellowstone Airport and shuttle service from the Bozeman airport for $200. We can also assist you with additional transportation information, including car rentals from Bozeman or driving directions to the Ranch.
